QUALITY

At the factory entry, screen analysis is made by taking samples  from the raw materials, and according to the results of the specific gravity test results, the design of the conrete is performed in the computer environment. 

The concrete produced is exposed to slump and vebe tests at ISTON Quality Check Laboratories, their cubic and cylindrical samples are taken, their resistance values for 7 and 28 days are determined according to  TS EN 206-1, and then they are sent to the related companies.
 

QUALITY IN READY-MIXED CONCRETE

For safe structures production of Ready-Mixed Concrete is performed in conformity with TS EN 206-1. Ready-mixed concrete is produced in C 14-C 50 concrete classes. Moreover; concrete in C 20- C 40 classes that settle on their own is also produced.

Reactive Powder Concrete is a highly flexible cosmopolite material which has advanced mechanical features and ultra-high resistance.

Reactive Powder Concrete;
 is a material that is able to compete with steel in structural aspect, it increases the strength and earthquake resistance of the structure with lighter elements, and absorbs more energy.
